A small batch absithe produced by distilling classic absinthe herbs of the hightest quality including grand wormwood, roman wormwood, green anise, fennel and Melissa with the addition of coriander, angelica, elecampane. Many of the herbs are grown by the owners in the Northwest Rocky Mountains in Montana. Vilya (formerly Ridge) Absinthe is made by hand in copper alembic stills in the traditional way and boasts of layered herbal and woodsy aromas with hints of Marshmallow with soft peppery notes at the finish.
